A group of indigenous women undertake a rehabilitation program to help them recover from trauma experienced within the justice and welfare systems. Part of the program includes a "pamper" day, where they are made up by a professional makeup artist, and then have their studio shot taken. These shots form the basis of a further exploration of their personas, their sense of country and their particular spirit animals
