I base my charges on the actual time spent on site. At $250 per contact hour, it's a one-off charge that includes all post-production processes. Below are examples of the scope and outcomes for average-to-larger properties. Based on similar parameters, we can supply one-off quotes for more significant buildings, estates and projects.
